Against Breast Cancer

  • Do BSE (Breast Self-Exams) every month.
  • Maintain a healthy weight. Get most of our calories from vegetables and fruits.
  • Make informed choices about the medicines we take.
  • Exercise!
  • Have annual mammograms (Get squished!) starting at age 40, or earlier if advised by health care professional.
  • Help to raise money for improvements in diagnosis and treatment and for research toward prevention and cure.
