Action We Can Take Against Breast Cancer
- Do BSE (Breast Self-Exams) every month.
- Maintain a healthy weight. Get most of our calories from vegetables and fruits.
- Make informed choices about the medicines we take.
- Exercise!
- Have annual mammograms (Get squished!) starting at age 40, or earlier if advised by health care professional.
- Help to raise money for improvements in diagnosis and treatment and for research toward prevention and cure.
